Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms to promote Freedom Institute’s mentorship programs and brand identity. This full-time, on-site role based in Lahore involves managing daily content calendars and producing various formats such as posts, stories, short videos, and reels. The candidate will work closely with the mentorship team to translate complex trading concepts into accessible and audience-friendly content. Additional duties include monitoring social media trends, responding to comments and messages, optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement, and supporting digital marketing campaigns aligned with the institute’s goals. The role also requires analyzing performance metrics, suggesting improvements, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to plan and produce diverse social media content including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, audience engagement, and content optimization, including familiarity with analytics, hashtags, and platform best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex trading concepts into clear, concise, and relatable messages.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle content calendars, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with mentors and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore, including occasional filming of live classes, student testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
