Social Media & Content Executive

Karsaaz EBS is seeking a creative and energetic Social Media & Content Executive to join their team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content creation, social media, and digital marketing, with a proactive attitude and a keen interest in bringing innovative ideas to life. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative environment, contributing to a variety of projects including video production, social media campaigns, events, and brand activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content: Develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, monitor trends, and enhance brand visibility.
- Video Production: Coordinate and direct video shoots, overseeing camera work, lighting, styling, wardrobe, and overall creative execution.
- Creative Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, video editors, and creative teams to implement content ideas, campaigns, and assigned projects.
- Events & Travel: Participate in corporate events, manage media coverage, and travel domestically or internationally as needed.
- Planning & Execution: Generate creative concepts, support content calendars, and efficiently handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and brand development strategies.
- Confident communication skills and comfort appearing on camera.
- Ability to coordinate video shoots and provide creative direction.
- Familiarity with AI and creative tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva, Google Flow, and ElevenLabs.
- Creative, energetic, proactive, and quick to understand and execute instructions.
- Professional, approachable, well-presented, and able to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel and support occasional evening or weekend assignments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Background in event coverage and digital marketing campaigns.
