HG Marketing, a UK-based podcast post-production and marketing service provider with an office in Lahore, is seeking a Social Media Content Scheduling Manager. This full-time, onsite role is based in Gulberg III, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary range offered is PKR 70,000 to 85,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will oversee the scheduling and management of client podcast content, coordinating closely with video editors, content creators, and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that meets client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcasts to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage the entire content process from raw file submission through editing, review, revisions, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with video editors and content creators to guarantee accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct thorough Content Quality Assurance (QA) checks to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client instructions.
- Schedule and publish podcast episodes and related social media content across appropriate platforms on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing requests, and maintaining clear communication throughout projects.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to content, scheduling, quality, or workflow.
- Handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to an efficient content management system.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Media Management, Content Management, or Podcast Management roles.
- Strong skills in content planning, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Solid organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Understanding of social media marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Experience reviewing and managing content to meet client requirements and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-service environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with content planning and management tools, along with social media scheduling and publishing platforms.
- Ability to work with analytics and performance reporting tools.
- Experience coordinating with video editors and content creators is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Notion is a plus.
