Social Media Executive - evening/night shift

ABS International, a well-established US-based company with over 16 years of experience and a significant presence in Karachi, is looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Executive to join their team on a permanent night shift basis. The role involves planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing social media content across various platforms, with a preference for candidates experienced in religious content. The position requires hands-on involvement in content creation, community engagement, and strategic growth of the company’s social media presence. The successful candidate will work onsite from 6 PM to 2 AM at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Develop and publish engaging, platform-specific content such as graphics, posts, reels, short-form videos, and marketing creatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends to create timely and relevant content.
- Utilize Meta platform algorithms and best practices to boost organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Manage and actively participate in communities on Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
- Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social media analytics and suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
- Apply knowledge of paid Meta advertisements to support social media campaigns.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts effectively.
- Strong familiarity with Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest platforms.
- Deep understanding of Meta algorithms and organic social media growth strategies.
- Hands-on expertise with Canva and CapCut, with the ability to create original content without relying on templates.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong spoken and written English communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A robust portfolio showcasing social media management, content creation, or digital marketing work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with PR agencies, PR teams, or marketing agencies is an advantage.
- Prior experience managing or creating religious content is preferred.
- Experience with influencer collaborations or creator campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator is desirable.
- Background as a content creator, digital creator, or social media influencer is highly encouraged.
- A formal degree is not required; hiring decisions are based on skills, creativity, experience, and portfolio quality.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
- Full-time, permanent, on-site role based at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi.
- Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, permanent night shift from 6 PM to 2 AM.
- Preference for candidates residing in or near Gulshan-e-Iqbal due to commute considerations.
