Social Media Executive - evening/night shift

ABS International, a well-established US-based company with a strong operations center in Karachi, is looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Executive to join their team. With over 16 years of industry experience and a workforce of more than 200 professionals, ABS International provides a collaborative and growth-focused environment where individuals can enhance their skills and build long-term careers. This full-time, permanent position is based on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, and requires working the permanent night shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms by creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting paid advertising efforts to drive organic growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Produce engaging content including graphics, reels, short-form videos, posts, and marketing creatives.
- Develop and maintain organized content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Research and track social media trends, audience behaviors, and platform algorithm changes.
- Formulate strategies to enhance organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Oversee and engage with online communities on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
- Monitor social media performance through key metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all social channels.
- Assist in planning, executing, and managing Meta paid advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and creative teams to design effective campaigns and content.
- Stay informed about emerging social media formats, tools, trends, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest platforms.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth techniques.
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut with the ability to create original content beyond templates.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong command of English communication.
- High creativity paired with keen attention to detail.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
- A robust portfolio showcasing practical social media or digital marketing experience is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience in religious content, PR or marketing agencies, influencer marketing, social media campaigns, professional content creation, or digital content production will be preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator is considered an advantage. While a university degree is not mandatory, hiring decisions will prioritize skills, creativity, practical experience, and portfolio quality.
