We are looking for a motivated Social Media Executive to join our team at our office on Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Karachi. This full-time role operates Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The successful candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation. This position offers the chance to design and implement strategic social media campaigns across various platforms, helping to enhance our brand’s online visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly social media content strategies tailored to each platform. Manage and expand the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X. Create compelling captions, visuals, reels, and short-form videos to capture and maintain audience interest. Efficiently schedule and publish content using social media management tools. Monitor and respond to comments and messages professionally to foster audience interaction. Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including Meta Ads and other advertising platforms. Track and analyze key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation, preparing detailed reports. Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep the company competitive.
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their target audiences. Proficiency in creating engaging content, including captions, graphics, and video formats. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools. Ability to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for better performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with online communities. Capacity to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with current social media trends and digital marketing innovations is highly desirable. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment will be an advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000. This role requires in-person attendance at a well-established office location in Karachi.
