Social Media Executive

Sunday Bazar, a leading online thrift and pre-loved fashion platform in Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated Social Media Executive to join their growing digital team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Model Colony / Gulshan-e-Jami, Malir, Karachi, and offers a unique chance to contribute to a brand with a strong nationwide following. The role involves managing all social media activities, from content creation to community engagement, to enhance the brand’s visibility and drive growth across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads.
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging visual content, including reels, product videos, and lifestyle clips.
- Develop creative concepts, trendy campaigns, and narrative-driven content that reflects the brand’s voice.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and platform-specific hashtags to boost engagement.
- Confidently appear on camera for reels, stories, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Maintain a structured monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and manage brand collaborations effectively.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze audience engagement, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, tags, and community interactions to maintain a positive brand image.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, viral trends, and audience behavior, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and producing high-quality video content.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
- Creative mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving digital trends.
