Social Media Executive

IT Verticals is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and enhancing our digital presence with a focus on the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will develop and implement social media strategies that increase engagement, strengthen brand identity, and drive business growth across multiple platforms. Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, based at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 10A office.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the U.S. target audience and overall business goals.
- Create platform-specific captions, hooks, promotional copy, and calls to action tailored to each channel.
- Implement organic social media campaigns to boost brand visibility, audience growth, reach, and engagement.
- Manage personal branding and professional social media accounts for company executives.
- Conduct thorough audience and competitor research to identify relevant content opportunities and growth areas.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and quality standards across all social media platforms.
- Monitor brand mentions and assist with online reputation management and crisis communication when necessary.
- Oversee multiple social media projects, ensuring timely approvals and resolving any account or publishing issues.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Canva.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are considered an advantage.
- Experience working with U.S.-based brands or audiences is preferred.
- Candidates must submit a portfolio or links to social media pages they have managed; applications without this will not be considered.
