Social Media Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team at Naya Nazimabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation through various digital advertising platforms while managing and optimizing social media presence. This role requires a proactive individual with strong digital marketing skills, creativity in content development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to enhance lead conversion and overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage, track, and update leads within the CRM system to ensure accurate data flow.
- Plan and allocate digital advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns.
- Oversee social media pages by creating and curating engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to improve lead conversion strategies and outcomes.
- Produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to support marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in social media management and digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator, for content creation.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
