Social Media Executive

We are currently looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to elevate our online presence, develop engaging content, and strengthen our brand across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement, playing a vital role in our dynamic and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activities across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Plan, schedule, and publish content in line with the monthly content calendar. Craft engaging captions, headlines, and social media copy that connect with our target audience. Work closely with design and video teams to create high-quality visual content. Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates. Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and audience inquiries.

Research, write, and optimize blog articles for the company website to improve SEO, educate the audience, and support marketing initiatives. Monitor audience engagement and implement strategies to grow and nurture online communities. Use analytics tools to track social media performance and prepare monthly reports. Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement and reach. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Conduct competitor and industry research to identify emerging content ideas and support business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels. Partner with HR and management to plan activities that promote collaboration, motivation, and a positive workplace culture. Capture and share office culture through photos, videos, and social media content when appropriate. Support internal communications to foster an energetic, collaborative, and engaging work environment. Ensure all published content aligns with the company’s brand identity and communication guidelines.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, Business, or a related field. One to two years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is advantageous. Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices. Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
