Social Media Executive

Located in Lahore’s Gulberg III near Liberty Market, this full-time, on-site position offers working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a competitive salary range of PKR 70,000 to 85,000 based on experience. The role is with HG Marketing Ltd, a company dedicated to helping businesses expand their audience and convert podcasts into valuable content assets. The company specializes in producing high-quality audio and video content, providing editing services, and repurposing material across various platforms to establish clients as industry thought leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcasts to ensure timely delivery and consistent output.
- Submit raw audio and video files for editing, supervise the editing process, and ensure all client instructions and quality standards are met.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and reviews of all client-delivered assets to maintain high standards.
- Design or oversee the creation of engaging thumbnails and manage social media posts to effectively promote podcast episodes.
- Review edited content for quality assurance and client compliance, managing revisions as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly and keeping them informed about project progress and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with editors and content creators to deliver polished, high-quality podcast content that meets client expectations.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Proficiency in content planning, editing oversight, and performance analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking with a solid understanding of industry quality standards.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred to ensure familiarity with the responsibilities and workflow.
- Knowledge of major podcast platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts is considered an advantage.
