Social Media Executive

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Executive to join our team and drive our social media presence in alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and leveraging the latest trends and tools to optimize our social media strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze performance data, maintain strong industry connections, and oversee the visual and strategic aspects of our social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that support overall business goals.
- Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content across various social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective social media campaigns.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, social media trends, design tools, and applications to ensure innovative content delivery.
- Monitor SEO performance and user engagement metrics, providing recommendations for content optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and influencers to expand the company’s social media network.
- Analyze social media insights and data to inform and improve future campaigns.
- Oversee the design and branding of social media accounts, including profiles, covers, and other visual elements.
- Coordinate with external agencies when necessary to support social media initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in using social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and impressions.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and proficiency with Google Analytics.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with web design and content publishing processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
