Social Media Executive

Fincera is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Handler / Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging content, expanding online communities, enhancing brand awareness, and generating quality leads. This role involves managing conversations with potential leads to foster brand engagement and effectively coordinate with the sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Develop, schedule, and publish compelling content while implementing performance marketing strategies.
- Write clear and engaging content tailored for each social media platform.
- Design and coordinate creative visuals such as reels, videos, static posts, and integrated marketing communications (IMC).
- Professionally respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries to maintain positive engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional activities and performance marketing efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and create relevant, timely content to keep the brand current.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed monthly reports across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management; fresh candidates with an exceptional portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in content planning and managing editorial calendars.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
- Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar applications.
- Basic video editing skills are advantageous.
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Urdu.
- A creative mindset paired with strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and advertising strategies.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.

This position requires the candidate to work on-site in Lahore, providing hands-on management of Fincera’s social media channels and direct collaboration with internal teams.
