Social Media Expert (Video Content Creator)

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Expert with a strong focus on video content creation to join our IELTS and PTE team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Cavalry Ground, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be confident and comfortable appearing on camera daily to produce engaging videos that promote our courses and enhance our social media presence across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Immediate availability is highly preferred as this role requires consistent content creation with a visible on-camera presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and record daily videos featuring yourself on camera to engage the target audience.
- Develop compelling content specifically designed to promote IELTS and PTE courses.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content strategies.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to build a loyal community.
- Monitor the performance of published content and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Must be confident and comfortable appearing on camera; showing your face in videos is mandatory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey messages.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content.
- Basic video editing skills, preferably using tools like CapCut or Canva.
- Ability to consistently create and publish content on a daily basis.
- Previous experience in social media or content creation is preferred but not mandatory.

- Salary range of PKR 30,000 to 40,000 per month.
