Social Media Handler

We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Handler to manage and enhance the company’s online presence across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others. The role involves creating engaging content, maintaining consistent communication with the audience, and supporting the company’s branding efforts. This position operates from our office in Gulshan Block 11, near Nipa Chowrangi, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays. The salary range for this role is Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across various platforms, ensuring active and professional engagement.
- Create, design, and publish compelling social media posts, including graphics, reels, and stories that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule and meet deadlines.
- Generate content related to company updates, services, employee activities, events, celebrations, and workplace culture.
- Ensure all content adheres to the company’s branding guidelines, including proper use of logos, colors, and tone of voice.
- Monitor social media interactions by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Conduct research on industry trends, relevant hashtags, and content ideas to boost engagement and expand reach.
- Capture and edit photos and videos of office events, employee celebrations, and other activities to enrich social media content.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and post effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing social media activities and performance outcomes for management review.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall company visibility online.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all published content, securing management approval when necessary.
- Monitor competitor social media channels and suggest innovative ideas to improve the company’s online presence.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
- Strong skills in content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and photography.
- Ability to develop and maintain a social media content calendar and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional tone suitable for corporate branding.
