Social Media Intern

Buzmasol (Pvt) Ltd, a registered software house based in Lahore, Pakistan, is offering an unpaid internship opportunity for 3 to 6 months. The company is developing "Book For Look," a personal-care services booking platform launching in Lahore that allows customers to easily discover and book salons, spas, and other beauty and wellness services. This internship is an excellent chance to work on a real product launch within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating directly with the company’s founders. The role is fully on-site at the Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily content for Book For Look across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and short videos using Canva and mobile editing tools.
- Write clear, creative captions and hashtags tailored to the Lahore audience.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages to keep followers active.
- Conduct research on trending content, audio, and formats relevant to the beauty and wellness industry.
- Track and analyze post performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and prepare weekly summary reports.
- Support marketing initiatives including launch campaigns, giveaways, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the team to collect visual content from partner salons and spas.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms and how content spreads on these channels.
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Urdu, with a creative approach to captions and visuals.
- Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation and editing tools.
- Highly organized and consistent with the ability to meet posting deadlines.
- A portfolio or samples of personal social media work is advantageous.
