We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who also excels as a Content Creator/Writer and Video Editor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, producing engaging short-form videos, and crafting professional LinkedIn content that resonates with our audience. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sense of design, storytelling, and an understanding of current content trends to help elevate our brand across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Create and write engaging posts, carousels, and LinkedIn creatives that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Edit short-form videos such as Reels, Shorts, and promotional clips to produce high-quality, captivating content.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Write compelling captions and content hooks that encourage interaction and sharing.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
- Track content performance metrics and provide actionable suggestions for improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Experience specifically in creating professional LinkedIn content.
- Strong design sense and storytelling ability, with an awareness of current content trends.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
