Social Media Manager

99 Technologies is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join their team onsite in Bahria Town, Islamabad. This full-time role requires working night shifts aligned with the US time zone. The ideal candidate will have over two years of professional experience in social media management and be skilled in developing content strategies, executing campaigns, and utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance social media performance. This position demands a strategic thinker who can collaborate across departments to strengthen the company’s online presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Manage and expand the company’s presence across multiple social media platforms.
- Create, schedule, publish, and optimize engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, research, optimization, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, competitor activities, and platform updates to stay ahead in the market.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Design, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, AI technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective social media content strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns from concept to execution.
- Practical expertise in using AI tools for social media and digital marketing purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, platforms, and industry trends.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to work during US time zone hours (night shift).
