Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a focus on personal brand development to join our team onsite in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience managing content-driven accounts, particularly within the e-commerce space involving platforms like Shopify and Amazon. This position emphasizes strategic content creation and brand authority building rather than simple content posting, aiming to generate inbound leads and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. This includes researching viral trends, competitor content, and high-performing formats in e-commerce to build weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.

Lead content ideation, scripting, and messaging by generating viral hooks, video concepts, and series ideas. Write or oversee the creation of short-form scripts, long-form video outlines, and LinkedIn content, ensuring all messaging supports authority building and lead generation.

Utilize AI tools to enhance content workflows—generating ideas, improving scripts, repurposing content, analyzing performance, and increasing output while reducing production time. Continuously test and integrate new AI-driven systems.

Manage content production by planning shoots and recording schedules. Direct the founder on delivery, hooks, and on-camera performance. Collaborate closely with video editors by providing clear briefs and maintaining consistent editing quality.

Oversee content distribution and repurposing by transforming single pieces into multiple assets such as shorts, reels, carousels, and LinkedIn posts. Ensure consistent posting across platforms to maximize reach through strategic distribution.

Optimize social media profiles including bios, covers, thumbnails, and links. Stay updated on platform algorithms and trends to adapt strategies quickly for growth.

Monitor analytics including views, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation. Identify successful content patterns and iterate strategies based on data insights.

Align content with marketing offers, funnels, and calls-to-action to support the inbound sales pipeline, facilitating a seamless transition from content to direct messages and calls.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing personal brands or content-driven social media accounts.

Strong expertise in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X platforms.

Proficiency with AI tools and automation workflows such as ChatGPT to enhance content creation and management.

Ability to identify viral trends and analyze content performance patterns.

Excellent copywriting skills, including crafting hooks, scripts, and social media posts.

Experience collaborating with editors and content production teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 140,000.

This role requires reliable onsite presence at our Gulberg Greens office. Candidates should be prepared to commute consistently during the specified working hours.
