📢 WE’RE HIRING — SOCIAL MEDIA & PR MANAGER The Urban Elan is looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Social Media & PR Manager to manage our digital presence and brand communications in the hospitality/apartment rental industry.

📌 Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn

Plan and manage monthly content calendars
Create and coordinate engaging Reels, posts, stories and promotional content
Manage social media campaigns and Meta Ads
Handle influencer outreach, collaborations and PR activities
Build relationships with influencers, creators and relevant media
Write engaging captions, promotional copy and campaign content
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports
Track engagement, leads, bookings and campaign performance
Identify new trends and opportunities to increase brand awareness and bookings
Coordinate with photographers, videographers and freelancers when required

🎯 Requirements * 1-2 years of relevant experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, PR or Brand Management

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
Experience with Meta Ads Manager
Good communication and copywriting skills
Creative mindset with an eye for quality content
Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
Basic knowledge of Canva/CapCut or similar tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Portfolio / previous work is mandatory
