Our client is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to oversee the strategy, execution, and overall performance of their social media channels. This full-time remote position demands a blend of strategic thinking, creative content development, and data analysis to maintain and grow the brand’s visibility and engagement across multiple platforms. The role primarily follows U.S. business hours with some flexibility to support campaign launches and real-time audience interaction.
Key Responsibilities

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics for each platform. Manage and maintain a detailed content calendar covering LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Content Creation & Publishing: Develop, edit, and tailor posts specific to each social media platform. Work closely with designers, writers, and video editors to create engaging multimedia content that reflects the brand’s voice, style, and compliance requirements. Utilize scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot to streamline content publishing.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions. Use data insights and A/B testing outcomes to recommend improvements in strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and customer support teams to share social media insights that influence content creation, campaign planning, and product positioning.

A typical day starts with monitoring notifications and community interactions, followed by creating and scheduling posts according to the content calendar. Throughout the day, the Social Media Manager engages with the audience, collaborates with creative teams on campaign materials, and analyzes performance data to refine strategies. The day ends with updating dashboards and preparing plans for upcoming content and engagement activities.
Success in this role will be measured by growth in engagement rates (likes, shares, comments), increases in followers and subscribers, conversion metrics such as website traffic and lead generation, community response times and satisfaction, and the return on investment (ROI) from paid and organic campaigns.
Candidates will undergo an initial phone screening, followed by a video interview with a recruiter. A portfolio review or practical assignment, such as drafting a one-week content calendar with sample posts, will be part of the process. Final interviews will be conducted with the client’s marketing leadership before an offer and background verification.
