Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across Ed Advisory’s social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. This includes developing and executing targeted social media campaigns, optimizing posts for maximum reach and performance, and actively engaging with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally. The role requires close collaboration with the advisory team to showcase success stories, share educational insights, and promote the organization’s services. Additionally, the manager will monitor social media analytics regularly to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly. Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to effectively manage and grow multiple platforms.
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing, with the ability to create and adapt compelling posts tailored to target audiences.
- Excellent communication skills to engage clearly and supportively with students, partners, and followers.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite.
- Basic graphic or video editing skills are advantageous.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a remote setting, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
