Social Media Manager

Lifespan Euro Med Spa is a premier wellness and aesthetics clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional services and treatments that help clients look and feel their best. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Social Media Manager to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow our online presence across multiple platforms while engaging with a vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts for all three Lifespan locations, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other active platforms.
- Publish a minimum of one post or reel per account daily from Monday to Saturday, along with daily stories across all accounts.
- Create and post 4 to 5 TikTok videos weekly, focusing on engaging wellness and aesthetics content such as reels, before-and-after photos, client testimonials, treatment education, provider highlights, promotions, events, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.
- Develop location-specific content tailored to each account rather than duplicating posts across all platforms.
- Stay current with social media trends and incorporate relevant ones into content strategies.
- Manage email marketing campaigns through the company’s funnel system, including promotions, newsletters, and holiday campaigns.
- Plan and prepare social media and email campaigns in advance, taking into account major U.S. holidays.
- Coordinate promotions with management to ensure timely completion and posting of campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and overall account activity to maintain a responsive online presence.
- Maintain a content calendar to organize posts, promotions, holidays, and email campaigns ahead of time.
- Track engagement metrics to identify which content and promotions generate the most interest and leads.

The overarching goal is to keep Lifespan Euro Med Spa’s wellness and aesthetics brands consistently active online, increase engagement, highlight services and providers, and ultimately drive quality leads and appointments.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong communication and writing abilities.
- Experience in developing and implementing content strategies.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience within the wellness or aesthetics industry is highly desirable.
