The Social Media Manager intern will play a key role in supporting Talent Pak’s online presence by managing and expanding its social media channels. This remote internship involves planning, creating, and publishing content, optimizing posts to maximize engagement, and monitoring performance across various platforms. The intern will be responsible for daily tasks such as scheduling social media updates, writing compelling captions, supporting content campaigns, and engaging with the community through comments and messages. Additionally, the intern will assist in developing content strategies, applying social media optimization techniques, and collaborating with the team to highlight the stories of talented individuals. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Talent Pak’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Write clear and compelling captions to accompany posts and campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance using basic analytics tools and optimize content for better engagement.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the development and execution of content strategies to showcase the achievements and stories of Pakistani talent.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all social media channels.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve content and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to effectively manage and grow online communities.
- Strong communication and writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and inclusive social media content.
- Ability to develop and implement content strategies that align with brand goals and maintain a consistent voice.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram, along with basic knowledge of analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Genuine interest in Pakistan’s professional and creative ecosystem, with a passion for storytelling and community building.
