Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Manager to join our marketing team on a full-time basis during the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT). The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience and possess a solid understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and basic digital marketing principles. Comfort with AI tools to enhance productivity and assist in content creation, research, ideation, and social media management is essential. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, graphic design, and video editing teams to plan and execute engaging social media content across multiple brands and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily social media activities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging captions, post copy, hooks, calls-to-action (CTAs), and basic content briefs.
- Research trending topics, content formats, hashtags, sounds, and relevant social media trends.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely content execution.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.
- Assist in developing social media strategies aligned with individual brand objectives.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new content opportunities.
- Track social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, views, followers, and other relevant data.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports and recommend areas for improvement.
- Support Meta Ads management, campaign monitoring, and reporting as needed.
- Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s tone, communication style, and visual guidelines.
- Stay updated on new social media features, platform changes, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or related roles.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT for generating captions, content ideas, hooks, scripts, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Ability to use AI tools for content research, brainstorming, planning, and repurposing existing content.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted caption writing, hashtag research, social media ideation, and content creation.
- Skill in writing effective prompts and refining AI-generated content to match different brand voices and target audiences.
- Ability to leverage AI as a productivity tool while maintaining human creativity, originality, and brand consistency.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI tools and marketing technologies.
- Understanding that AI-generated content must be reviewed, edited, fact-checked, and customized before publishing.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands or clients.
- Previous work experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools.
- Understanding of Meta lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels and TikTok content strategies.
- Experience using AI tools specifically for content creation and marketing.
- A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts will be highly regarded.

This position offers a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs60,000 and requires in-person attendance. The role is ideal for candidates eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment while working alongside creative and marketing professionals.
