Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to independently oversee the company’s social media presence, develop engaging digital content, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, photography, video shooting, and audience engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple platforms and collaborate effectively with various teams to promote the company’s culture and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other short-form content.
- Conduct photography and video shooting for events, employee activities, and corporate initiatives.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and supporting content.
- Monitor social media trends to improve engagement and content performance.
- Handle daily posting, scheduling, responding to comments and messages, and audience interaction.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to promote company culture, events, and achievements.
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand image and communication standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and developing platform-specific content.
- Strong photography and video shooting skills.
- Proficiency with digital editing tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling and content development abilities.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements within deadlines.

Job Details:
- Location: Karachi (in-person work)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: Rs100,000 to Rs120,000 per month
