We are seeking a motivated and organized Social Media Manager to oversee our social media accounts and ensure a consistent, engaging online presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of various social media platforms and audience engagement strategies. This role requires someone who can effectively manage content scheduling, monitor interactions, and maintain brand consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish posts according to the established content calendar.
- Proofread all social media content prior to publishing, ensuring it is free from spelling, grammar, punctuation, and factual errors.
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure posts are published on schedule.
- Track social media engagement and audience activity to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay informed about current social media trends, new features, and best practices.
- Review basic social media analytics and performance metrics to support strategy adjustments.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual presentation across all social media channels.
- Perform additional social media and marketing-related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Creative mindset with a focus on detail and quality.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights to evaluate performance.

Job Type and Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. The role requires working in person at the designated office location.
