Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who is passionate about the digital world and skilled at transforming ideas into engaging content. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and eager to work closely with various brands to develop and execute compelling social media strategies. This role requires hands-on involvement in content creation, planning, and collaboration with creative teams to ensure brand objectives are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies tailored to each brand on board.
- Attend photoshoots and plan content in alignment with brand requirements.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars, including reels, campaigns, and other social media activities.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Coordinate closely with designers, videographers, and the production team to ensure smooth content creation and delivery.
- Generate innovative ideas and take full ownership of content planning and execution from start to finish.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in social media management or content creation is essential.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current digital trends.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- A creative mindset paired with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to work on-site and actively participate in photoshoots and other brand activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 2, Karachi.
- Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and skill set, ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
