Social Media Manager

PhoenixCoderex is looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and enhance our social media presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of current social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that connects with our target audience. This full-time role is based in Johar Town and offers a competitive salary aligned with market standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies that support the company’s goals. Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Plan and organize a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting. Create, coordinate, and publish a variety of content including posts, reels, stories, and videos that engage the audience. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and content formats. Write creative captions, hooks, and copy that capture attention and drive engagement. Collaborate closely with design and content teams to produce high-quality materials. Monitor audience interactions including comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement. Build and nurture an active online community around the brand. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing regular reports on reach, engagement, growth, and other key indicators. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Support social media campaigns, promotions, and company announcements. Continuously generate new content ideas and creative opportunities to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or a related role. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation abilities. Good understanding of social media trends and audience behavior. Basic skills in social media analytics and performance measurement. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in videos or reels is an advantage. Experience with Canva or similar content creation tools is beneficial. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs90,000 to Rs100,000. This role requires in-person work at our Johar Town office.
