Social Media Manager

InSol360 Pvt. Limited is seeking multiple Social Media Executives to manage daily content publishing and support content strategy across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, post, and distribute content consistently across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
- Craft engaging captions, titles, hashtags, and tags designed to increase reach and click-through rates.
- Maintain posting calendars and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistent output.
- Support basic YouTube SEO tasks such as optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, and end screens.
- Track and log performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets for regular reporting.
- Provide constructive feedback on scripts, thumbnails, and hooks to improve viewer retention and CTR.
- Participate in client video meetings, take detailed notes, and translate feedback into actionable tasks.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and motion artists to develop high-quality content.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience level ranges from fresh graduates up to 2 years in social media or digital marketing roles.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and produce error-free captions, titles, and descriptions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through consistently on tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic understanding of YouTube analytics, keyword research, and hashtag strategies is a plus.
- Salary ranges from PKR 40,000 to 80,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
- Work location is onsite at New Garden Town (Ferozepur Road), Lahore.
- Working hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM.
