Social Media Manager

InSol360 Pvt. Limited is hiring multiple Social Media Executives to handle day to day publishing and support content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. The role suits fresh graduates and early career candidates who want structured training and a clear growth path.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule, post, and distribute content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.
Write captions, titles, hashtags, and tags that drive reach and clicks.
Maintain posting calendars and follow brand checklists to keep output consistent.
Support basic YouTube SEO tasks: titles, descriptions, tags, and end screens.
Track and log performance metrics in Excel or Google Sheets.
Share feedback on scripts, thumbnails, and hooks that can improve retention and CTR.
Join client video meetings, take notes, and convert feedback into clear tasks.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and motion artists for content development.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing
Experience: Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience.
Tools: Working familiarity with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
English proficiency: Comfortable speaking on video calls with U.S. based clients and writing error free English for captions, titles, and descriptions.
Detail oriented, organized, and consistent follow through.

Bonus: Basic understanding of YouTube analytics and keywords & hashtag research. Salary: PKR 40,000 to 80,000 based on skill and experience.
