Social Media Manager

Mentr Private Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team in Lahore. This is an onsite position where you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our brand’s online presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish content across all social media platforms to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.
- Engage with the online community by responding to messages and comments promptly, fostering positive interactions.
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and prepare regular reports to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to support campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to create compelling content tailored to different platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling software to optimize posting and measure impact.
- Creativity and attention to detail, combined with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.

Position Details:
- Location: Lahore (Onsite)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Salary: PKR 40,000 to 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience
