Social Media Manager

Mentr Private Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team in Lahore. This onsite position offers an opportunity to build and enhance brand presence across various social media platforms by creating engaging content and managing online interactions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with our audience and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Engage with the online community by responding to messages and comments promptly.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports to guide strategy.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to support campaign execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to create compelling content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling software.
- Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Additional Information:
This role is based in Lahore and requires onsite presence. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The salary range for this position is PKR 40,000 to 50,000 per month, depending on experience.
