Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Social Media Marketer to join our team in Sialkot. This full-time, office-based role requires managing social media platforms, developing strategic marketing plans, and executing paid advertising campaigns that drive lead generation, boost sales, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and a proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes through targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop and run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
- Optimize ad campaigns continuously to maximize return on investment and achieve defined business goals.
- Generate high-quality leads, increase sales, and improve audience engagement through strategic marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing detailed reports.
- Conduct thorough audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives and marketing content.
- Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in social media marketing with a strong focus on paid advertising.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising platforms.
- Solid understanding of lead generation techniques, audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills paired with a results-driven approach to campaign management.
- Ability to work full-time from the Sialkot office, adhering to the working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
