Famlink Power, a company specializing in solar inverters, lithium batteries, and power backup solutions, is seeking a motivated and organized Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join their team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Islamabad, near F-11 Markaz. The role is designed for fresh graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to develop practical marketing skills. The successful candidate will support the marketing team by creating content, assisting with basic design tasks, managing social media activities, and helping coordinate events.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging social media captions, basic marketing content, and product descriptions.
- Assist in preparing and scheduling posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create simple graphics for social media using Canva or similar design tools.
- Support content preparation for product promotions, company updates, and recruitment campaigns.
- Help organize exhibitions, events, and other marketing coordination activities.
- Provide support in routine communication with customers, partners, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain organized content archives and assist with basic social media performance reporting.
- Complete assigned tasks in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to two years of relevant experience will be preferred.
- Basic proficiency in English writing and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design software for creating simple visuals.
- Experience or comfort using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist with event planning, exhibitions, and other coordination duties.
- Must be based in Islamabad and able to work full-time from the company’s office located in F-11/4 near F-11 Markaz.
Additional Information
This is an assistant-level role, and candidates are not expected to have advanced graphic design skills, paid advertising experience, or previous marketing management background. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing company’s marketing operations.
