Crimson Digital, a dynamic digital marketing and software agency serving small and medium-sized businesses across London and the UK, is seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Executive to join their Islamabad-based team on-site. This full-time role is ideal for a creative professional with at least two years of experience in marketing, technology, or a related field. The successful candidate will have strong video editing skills and a passion for producing engaging content that drives organic growth across social media platforms. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of content creation and community engagement, helping to elevate the agency’s social presence through innovative and scroll-stopping reels, static posts, and carousels.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce short-form videos and reels primarily for Instagram and LinkedIn, utilizing video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Transform ideas and hooks into captivating, scroll-stopping content that resonates with the target audience.
- Design and create static posts and carousel content that maintain brand consistency.
- Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and calls to action that align with the brand voice.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar that supports agency goals and growth strategies.
- Drive organic growth by increasing followers, profile visits, impressions, and overall reach on social platforms.
- Analyze organic growth trends and platform algorithms, particularly on Instagram and LinkedIn, to optimize posting strategies.
- Experiment with different content formats and posting schedules to enhance reach, especially on newer accounts.
- Benchmark competitor and industry accounts to identify successful tactics and incorporate best practices.
- Monitor key growth metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments and direct messages, using audience feedback to inform content development.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude for ideation and copywriting, and OpenArt, Higgsfield, or Gemini Flow for AI-assisted video and image content creation to streamline production and research.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, technology, or a related sector.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating expertise in short-form video production.
- Advanced hands-on skills with video editing software including CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to create engaging reels from concept through to final edit, with a keen sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling.
- Solid understanding of organic growth mechanisms and social media platform algorithms.
- Strong copywriting skills tailored for social media, including hooks, captions, and calls to action.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Islamabad.
