Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, assisting with content calendars, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions under guidance.

The intern will help track performance metrics, conduct basic competitor and trend research, and collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader digital marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, requiring consistent presence at the office and close coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of major social media platforms and current online trends.
Ability to create engaging visuals or coordinate with design resources (e.g., Canva or similar tools is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
Interest in analytics and willingness to learn how to interpret social media performance data.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Lahore.
