The Social Media Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. This role involves planning, executing, and managing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, coordinating with creative teams, writing and publishing posts, optimizing social media profiles, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting on campaign outcomes. The manager will also work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader digital marketing and brand strategies. Additionally, the role requires responding to audience interactions and staying updated on platform trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client goals and brand objectives.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts across platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visual and written content tailored to each social channel.
- Optimize social media profiles to enhance brand presence and discoverability.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track KPIs, and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and other interactions promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategy and execution.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment between social media activities and overall marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to effectively grow and manage brand presence.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, audiences, and internal teams.
- Solid content strategy capabilities to plan, structure, and coordinate impactful social media content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing principles to integrate social media efforts with broader advertising and brand strategies.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators.
- Ability to create or guide the development of engaging visual and written content customized for different platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
