Social Media Marketing Manager

Aroma Flowers is seeking a creative and commercially savvy Social Media Manager to join our team at our office located in Civic Center Phase 4, Bahria Town, Islamabad. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong understanding of social media platforms and knows how to effectively engage with brands and influencers. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and leverage opportunities to grow a premium floral and gifting business targeting the UAE market. This position requires a proactive individual who can combine creativity with strategic outreach to expand the company’s presence and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and expand Aroma Flowers’ social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, reels, and promotional activities to engage the target audience.
- Research, identify, and approach influencers and content creators for collaboration opportunities.
- Identify and pursue potential corporate clients and partnership opportunities to grow the business.
- Reach out to businesses, hotels, restaurants, event companies, and other relevant partners to establish collaborations.
- Develop corporate gifting programs and employee voucher partnerships to increase revenue streams.
- Explore opportunities for event collaborations and brand partnerships that align with the company’s premium positioning.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Maintain professional communication with potential clients and partners, coordinating meetings, proposals, collaborations, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research on UAE trends, competitors, and new business opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Track and analyze social media growth, lead generation, partnerships, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook platforms.
- Confidence in approaching and engaging with businesses, influencers, and potential partners.
- Strong research, outreach, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative, proactive, highly organized, and target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working in e-commerce, gifting, floral, events, hospitality, or luxury brand sectors is highly desirable.
