The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s presence across key social media platforms. This role involves creating and scheduling engaging content, including posts, stories, and short videos, that effectively communicate the brand’s expertise in design and construction services. The specialist will monitor performance metrics and audience engagement to optimize content reach. Collaboration with design, engineering, and project teams is essential to highlight ongoing projects, client success stories, and educational material about construction and digital design tools. Additionally, the specialist will support broader digital marketing campaigns, respond to inquiries and comments, and provide regular reports with recommendations to enhance reach and lead generation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gujranwala.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and create engaging social media content tailored to various platforms, including posts, stories, and short videos.
- Schedule and publish updates consistently to maintain an active and relevant online presence.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and audience engagement, using insights to improve content strategy.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project teams to showcase current projects, client testimonials, and educational content related to construction and digital design tools.
- Support digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage responses to inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable recommendations for growth and engagement improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with a track record of managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
- Strong skills in social media content creation and marketing, capable of developing targeted campaigns with compelling visual and written content.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication and professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Gujranwala within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
