SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST

Chaey Khana is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join the team at MGC Developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and visually appealing content tailored for social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain active profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to ensure consistent brand presence.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Reels, Stories, and Posts aimed at maximizing audience engagement.
- Develop and implement creative social media campaigns that align with overall brand goals and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the team to support promotions and events through targeted social media efforts.
- Monitor evolving social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to enhance online presence and foster growth.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in social media management with a proven track record of growing online audiences.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms, including their features, algorithms, and best practices.
- A creative mindset with the ability to identify and leverage current trends to create relevant content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with the audience.
- Ability to produce compelling content that drives interaction, engagement, and brand loyalty.
