Social Media Marketing Specialist - Yadea Pakistan

Yadea Pakistan is seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s overseas social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other international channels. This role requires a creative and strategic professional who can handle content creation, account maintenance, audience engagement, and campaign execution to strengthen the brand’s external image globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of overseas social media accounts, including content creation, shooting, editing, account maintenance, and interacting with the audience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, boost engagement, and build a strong brand presence on international social media platforms.
- Stay informed about industry developments and trending topics, using this knowledge to create timely and relevant content.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers, and maintain relationships with overseas media and advertising partners to maximize account exposure.
- Continuously monitor social media performance, analyze data, and optimize content strategies based on insights.
- Conduct competitor research and track industry trends in overseas markets to ensure the brand remains competitive.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate marketing materials, support campaign execution, and contribute to other market-related activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Media, Design, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing overseas social media operations, demonstrating strong communication skills and a solid understanding of promotional techniques and platform-specific operational rules.
- Proficient in written communication, data analysis, marketing, promotion, and coordination.
- Ability to identify industry trends and audience needs, effectively communicating through text, images, and videos.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform well under pressure, take initiative, and adapt quickly within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in Chinese language is an advantage.
- Knowledge of photography and videography.
- Familiarity with design software and skills in short-form video editing.
