Social Media NLE

We are seeking a full-time Social Media NLE (Non-Linear Editor) to join our team on-site in Lahore, Pakistan. This role operates during the morning shift and requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing news footage into engaging, social media-ready videos, crafting compelling captions and headlines, and working closely with newsroom colleagues to ensure timely and polished content publication. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 40,000 to 50,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit news footage to create concise and engaging videos optimized for social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate and attention-grabbing captions and headlines to accompany video content.
- Collaborate effectively with newsroom teams to coordinate content delivery and publishing schedules.
- Ensure all published content is polished, error-free, and aligns with editorial standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in video editing, preferably in a news or social media environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software is essential.
- Relevant degree or diploma in media, communications, film, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
