Social Media & Podcast Manager

GHA Marketing Ltd, a prominent podcast agency, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our expanding team. We focus on helping marketers and entrepreneurs generate leads through B2B podcasts by creating compelling content and building effective lead generation systems. This role involves managing content schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for multiple clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Consistently meet deadlines while overseeing the editing process to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure all content assets meet the highest quality standards before delivery to clients.
- Create engaging thumbnails and manage social media posts to promote content across various platforms.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on edited content and manage revisions as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing regular updates.
- Collaborate closely with team members, including editors and content creators, to align outputs with client objectives.
- Utilize tools such as Canva and MetaSuite effectively, demonstrating a strong understanding of social media platforms.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven skills in Social Media Management and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Experience in managing content schedules and maintaining content calendars.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of industry quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least one year of relevant experience, preferably in social media management.

Employment Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Salary Range: Rs 70,000 to Rs 80,000 per month
