Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to maximize brand visibility.
- Create engaging content such as reels, short-form videos, and posts that connect with target audiences and encourage interaction.
- Plan and manage content calendars and posting schedules to ensure consistent and timely publication across platforms.
- Drive audience engagement, expand reach, and boost overall brand awareness through creative campaigns and community interaction.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor social media analytics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance and strategy.
- Support broader brand promotion initiatives and contribute to lead generation efforts via social media channels.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms effectively, with a strong track record of growing and engaging audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn functionalities, best practices, and content formats.
- Solid understanding of content strategy, current trends, and techniques to foster audience growth and engagement.
