We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team and help grow our digital presence.
Job Responsibilities- Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and short-form video content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Research social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience preferences.
- Support brand awareness, audience engagement, and e-commerce sales growth.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to produce quality content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions across social media platforms.
- Assist with social media advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, and other performance metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Good written communication and creative content-writing skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Experience with e-commerce brands or digital media companies will be an advantage.
