Social Media Specialist

Located in Lahore’s Gulberg III area near Liberty Market, this full-time, on-site position offers a dynamic opportunity to join HG Marketing Ltd, a company dedicated to helping businesses expand their audience and maximize the value of their podcasts. Working Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and enhancing podcast content, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting client growth through strategic content repurposing. The salary range for this role is between 70,000 to 85,000 PKR, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcasts to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
- Submit raw audio and video files for editing, oversee the editing process, and ensure that all client instructions and quality standards are strictly followed.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and reviews of all client-delivered assets to maintain high standards.
- Design or supervise the creation of engaging thumbnails and manage social media posts to effectively promote podcast episodes.
- Review edited content for quality assurance and client compliance, coordinating revisions as needed to meet expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly and keeping them informed about project progress and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with editors and content creators to deliver polished, professional podcast content that aligns with client goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques.
- Strong skills in content planning, editing oversight, and analytics to track and improve performance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of industry quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and content management.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
