Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a professional and creative Social Media Specialist to oversee and enhance our entire social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic reach, engagement, and audience growth across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop compelling content, manage day-to-day social media activities, and collaborate effectively with creative teams to elevate brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct research on trending topics, competitor activities, audience interests, and high-performing content to inform strategy.
- Generate content ideas, create strategic plans, write captions and hooks, and maintain content calendars.
- Focus on increasing organic reach, engagement, follower count, and overall brand visibility.
- Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers by providing clear creative briefs and references for Reels, videos, graphics, and other social media content.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and analyze data to optimize future content and campaigns.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
- Manage daily social media operations, including content publishing, audience engagement, and community management.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or a related role with a strong track record of organic growth.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, particularly in driving organic engagement.
- Excellent skills in content research, trend analysis, and strategic planning.
- Ability to effectively guide and communicate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
- Creative mindset combined with strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience creating and managing short-form video content such as Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based at the company’s office in Sialkot.
- Competitive salary starting from PKR 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
