Social Media- Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Team Lead to join our dynamic team at our Clifton office in Karachi. The successful candidate will bring 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in social media management, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid campaigns. This role requires someone who has worked with international clients or markets and is capable of leading and managing a small to mid-level social media team effectively. The position is onsite, offering a collaborative work environment where strategic thinking and leadership are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a social media team, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and daily activities.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Oversee social media efforts targeting international markets, tailoring approaches to diverse audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster professional growth.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, including managing paid campaigns across various platforms.
- Proven experience working with international clients or markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small to mid-level social media team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates with a history of frequent job changes will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of PKR 150,000 to 200,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Work schedule from Monday to Friday, with the last Saturday of each month as a working day.
