Requirements:
- Must know intermediate to advance MS Excel.
- Prepare monthly performance dashboard
- Ability to assist in on going projects.
- Understanding and analyzing Business Requirement Documents
- Performing UAT of projects and provide assistance to staff and customers in case of technical issues.
- Align vendor and IT team for resolution of issues and bugs.
- Assist Head of Department in preparing reports and analysis.
